3. Essential Qualifications
Para Pump Operator:
- Qualification: Minimum of 10th grade with ITI certificate in relevant trades or equivalent from a recognized institute.
- Monthly Honorarium: ₹6,300
Para Fitter:
- Qualification: Minimum of 10th grade with ITI certificate in relevant trades or equivalent from a recognized institute.
- Monthly Honorarium: ₹6,300
Multi-Purpose Worker:
- Qualification: Minimum of 8th grade from a recognized school.
- Monthly Honorarium: ₹5,000
4. Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 45 years as of 12.08.2024

6. Selection Process
- Skill Test and Physical Test: For Para Pump Operator and Para Fitter.
- Evaluation Criteria:
- Para Pump Operator and Para Fitter: Marks based on percentage in relevant qualifications and skill/physical tests.
- Multi-Purpose Worker: Marks based on percentage in Middle School, BPL status, and experience.
Skill Test Details:
Para Pump Operator:
- Minor pump repairs, fault location, and performance adjustments.
- Installation and alignment of pumps.
- Basic electrical fault diagnosis.
Para Fitter:
- Repair and maintenance of water supply pipes.
- Basic pipe fitting knowledge.
- Experience with tools and pipe distribution.
Physical Test:
- Ability to carry tools and pipes in hilly areas.
- No physical disabilities or color blindness.
